 H+BLOCKER - Basic Information

Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (20g) in 8oz water and consume about 30 minutes prior to exercise or physcial activity.
On non-training days, mix one scoop in 8ox water and consume with breakfast or your favourite meal replacement/protein shake.
